- zoey bacon Review added: 2018.08.11★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Been with brighthouse for a few years but on all large items being delivered always have problems with them not turning up on day stated. Latest was Fridge frezzer due to be collected and another picked up whilst also attending to fix Tv for 2nd time as broke screen on 1st visit last week! Not only did they go to the wrong house but they clearly stated they were at fault and yet instead of correcting their mistake by coming back out or coming the following day they couldnt fit me in until the following Monday!!! Obviously after constantly ringing my store and kicking off they managed to get them to push it to the friday which is still 3 days after my original delivery date! Furious is not the word!! People are inconvenienced having to either take time off work or inconvenience other people! Dont see why the delivery office should be allowed to get away with it so I for one shall be looking into this further by contacting Trading Standards 1st and foremost. Brighthouse havent the greatest reviews to begin with and as for your "recommend a friend" think you know where you can stick that!
