recently the quality has gone very bad.
donner not usual quality.
it's the cheap stuff now.
on my Last delivery, I specifically ordered certain way I wanted my food.
I even rang up again to ensure I get what I wanted otherwise I can't eat it yet they get it wrong.
they did the same thing on the previous delivery too.
unless I collect it from the shop then it seems to be fine and i get everything.
the worst part is, I rang to say of the mistake, yet they are so defensive and NOT apologetic.
customer service is ZERO.
not only that but the owner was screaming down the phone.
until I had to shout and say stop screaming and listen to your customer.
I have never come across a ruder establishment.
unfortunately I'm not going back and with that kind of attitude they will keep losing more.
absolutely disgusted
